Meet the Cast of Moriarty
Josh Click (Actor No. 1)
Moriarty is Josh’s 413 Rep debut. He was most recently seen as William Barfée in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at Lamplighters. Other notable stage credits in the San Diego theatre scene include: The Book of Will (Lamplighters), Alone Together, Social Security (PowPAC), The Music Man, Something Rotten! (Star Theatre), Little Shop of Horrors (Luminary Arts), and Ordinary Days (Patio Playhouse). When not on stage, Josh is a baker, TTRPGer, and voice over artist. He thanks all who come to support him and the arts, and the Moriarty team for the opportunity to play such an iconic, legendary character!
Grayson Lea (Male Swing)
Grayson is thrilled to be returning to the Grand Tea Room and 413 Repertory Theater after working here on The Importance of Being Earnest and Pride @ Prejudice most recently! He has previously performed as Algernon Moncrieff (The Importance of Being Earnest) and St John Rivers (Jane Eyre). He has worked both on stage and behind the scenes of shows, making sure to deepen his understanding of all facets of the theatre world. When not performing, you can find Grayson relaxing at home with his cat Dolly Parton the Invincible (when she allows), playing some of his favorite video games, or participating in weekly Dungeons and Dragons games with his friends. He can also be found experimenting with whatever new recipe caught his eye on social media that week or exploring nearby nature trails.
Brian P. Evans (Actor No. 3)
Brian is making his debut with 413 playing Moriarty, King Otto, and others. He was last seen playing Man in Chair in Coronado Playhouse's production of The Drowsy Chaperone. Other roles include: Uncle Fester in The Addams Family, Grandpa Joe in Willy Wonka, Salty in Teechers (ACTSD Aubrey award for Best Cast Ensemble), Roy Hubley in Plaza Suite, Anthony J. Lefcourt in The Butler Did It, Paul Becker/Nicky Vanermorgan in Footlight Frenzy (Patio Playhouse award for Best Actor), Fritz Canigliaro in A 1940s Radio Christmas Carol (ACTSD Aubrey award for Major Support in a Musical), Chester Nurdiger in The Artificial Jungle (ACTSD Aubrey award for Major Support in a Comedy), Doctor Gibbs in Our Town (ACTSD Aubrey award for Major Support in a Drama), and Evelyn/Rupert Farrant Corpse!(PowPAC Award for Best Actor). Brian has an MFA in Musical Theatre from SDSU and served his internship at the Royal National Theatre in London. Brian runs the Theatre Database for San Diego (tdb4sd.com).

Jeremy Kolins (Actor No. 2)
Jeremy is excited to be back on stage in only his second production since ending a 30-year hiatus from theater. After a brief high school theater career, he unexpectedly found himself accepting a much longer-running role as “The Accountant,” eventually becoming a CPA and nonprofit finance executive. While the reviews from boards and auditors were generally positive, the applause was somewhat limited. Earlier this year, a chance opportunity to return to the stage reminded him how much he missed the energy, creativity, and camaraderie of live theater. This is a chance to keep exploring a passion that had been waiting patiently in the wings. When he’s not balancing budgets or rehearsing lines, Jeremy enjoys volunteering, swimming, hiking, and finding new ways to step outside his comfort zone. He is grateful to the cast and crew for making this second act a great one.
Ruth Russell (Actor No. 4)
Ruth is is making her 413 Rep debut with this delightful production. A San Diego-based actor, some of her favorite acting credits include: Nan Carter in Exit, Pursued by a Bear (MSCAC, Phoenix), Pattie Levaco in Kimberly Akimbo (Scripps Ranch Theatre), Deirdre in I Hate Hamlet (Broadway Vista), Mary Bailey in It's A Wonderful Life (Southwestern), Gina Rivers in The Jury Experience (Fever), Abigail Williams in The Crucible (Pickwick), Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Coronado Playhouse), Zombie/Officer in Twelfth Night of the Living Dead (Loud Fridge), and Kay Mostyn in Murder on the Nile (PowPAC). Chara Ward (Actor No. 5)
Chara is absolutely thrilled to join the cast of Moriarty and make her 413 Rep debut. Acting has always been one of her top passions. Previous credits include Grease (Sandy), Annie (Ensemble), Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl/Napkin), and The Wizard of Oz (Ensemble). Chara is a therapist, wife, mom of 2 beautiful daughters, as well as 2 dogs who like to walk her every morning. She is grateful to God, her family and friends, and the production team for this amazing opportunity.
Kerry Menchin (Actor No. 6)
Keri is thrilled to be making her first appearance with 413 Repertory Theater and to be performing in her favorite genre: murder mystery—da-da-dun! Most recently, she appeared in School of Rock at Star Theatre. Prior to that, she took on the iconic role of Aunt March in Little Women at Patio Playhouse. Her recent credits also include Annie! and Something Rotten! at Star Theatre, where she portrayed the first female cabinet member and a variety of colorful Renaissance characters. At POWPAC, she appeared as the sweet and lovestruck Liz in Women in Jeopardy, the determined Mrs. Dorgan in Laura, and Beverly Carlton, among other roles, in The Man Who Came to Dinner. Additional favorite roles include Ernestina in Hello, Dolly! and Sister Robert Anne in Nuncrackers, both at Patio Playhouse. Kerry sends her love and heartfelt gratitude to her children for their unwavering support—and for tolerating her latest theatrical adventure.
Andrea Roebuck (Female Swing)
For over two decades, Andrea has brought her love of theatre to stages in San Diego and Pittsburgh. Select credits include The Man Who Came to Dinner (Maggie), Rumors (Chris Gorman), Blood Wedding (Leonardo’s Wife), and Damaris in the bawdy comedy singing duo From Bedlam, featured at the Greater Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival. Offstage, in addition to her legal work, Andrea engages in burlesque dance, aerial circus arts, and traditional rope practices as part of an ongoing interest in physical performance
